COVID-19 POLICY

NOVEMBER 28, 2020
Effective November 28, 2020, White Flag Clothing has suspended all returns and exchanges until further notice. This change was made out of an abundance of caution, due to potential contamination risks during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is intended to be a positive measure to protect the health and safety of our company and customers. If you've received a damage garment, please visit our returns center for further consideration. Thank you for understanding and shopping with White Flag Clothing.  

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Domestic orders can take approximately 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and shipped.
International orders can take approximately 20 BUSINESS DAYS to be received as your package will need to be handled and passed through your country's customs.
Canadian Customers Only- Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL. 
You will receive an email once your order ships. All orders are subject to payment verification.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
White Flag Clothing online purchases require a signature upon delivery.
White Flag Clothing will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We suggest filing a claim with the delivery courier if applicable. 

RETURNS

TEMPORARILY PAUSED-PLEASE REFER TO COVID-19 POLICY
White Flag Clothing will be happy to accept returns on garments that are not soiled, unworn without blemishes, such as stains, holes, makeup stains, rips or tears, etc, without foul scents, within 7 days of receipt. 
ALL tags must still be on the garment..
Shipping costs are NOT covered by White Flag Clothing when sent back to us,so  we suggest using  your local post office for the best options. There will be a returns sheet included with your order, if you misplace your returns sheet, please email us so that we can issue you another one via email. Please indicate whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
Some garments are not eligible for a Return or refund, but we will clearly state that on the design it applies to.
Items bought on sale are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for a return.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are FINAL.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

EXCHANGES

White Flag Clothing will be happy to accept exchanges
on garments that are not soiled, unworn without blemishes, such as stains, holes, makeup stains, rips or tears, etc, without foul scents, within 7 days of receipt. 
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, after we have received the package.
Shipping costs are NOT covered by White Flag Clothing when sent back to us. 
 You can exchange your item for any size of the exact same item (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item.
If the replacement order is less expensive than the original, we will issue the difference on a gift card.

 

SALE ITEMS

ALL sale items are FINAL. We will NOT accept a return or exchange.
