 “Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, until further notice, we are temporarily suspending our return and exchange policy.”

White Flag takes the health concerns around the Coronavirus very seriously and encourages our  company and customers to prioritize their health first. With the severity of this crisis, we are working to provide a safe environment by temporarily halting our return and exchange policy because it is more challenging to manage the process while adhering to proper Covid-19  safety practices. 

Customers who have purchased items  from November 1st- Nov 13th,  before we suspended returns and exchanges, will adhere to our regular return policies.  To help protect our employees and customers we will hold all merchandise for 24 hours once it is returned.

We understand that this new policy causes a temporary inconvenience to customers but we believe it is critical to prioritize on safety first and do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 in our communities. Once returns reopen, customers will be notified via company announcement.
